Architect, landscape designer and ilustrator

I started posting my works online under the alias of "Eiko Makimachi" when I was 14, since then I have participated on several online art contests. I currently work as freelance illustrator and independent architect.

 

In 2012 I graduated in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo (FAUUSP). From 2011 to 2014 I worked at  SERGIO SANTANA PLANEJAMENTO E DESENHO DA PAISAGEM as landscape designer, (preliminar studies, illustration and visual presentations). Currently working with Adriana Yazbek as a collaborator.

In 2020 I have obtained my master degree in Architecture and Urbanism at the University of São Paulo (FAUUSP), with the research Residences for people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): architecture and requirements.

I am responsible for product and emote designs for several Twitch and Youtube channels, including t-shirts and sticker collections. I have also created original product designs for my own stores in Redbubble and Colab55.

 

I have worked several times as sketch card artists for several companies, including Cryptozoic.

 

My favorite tools of trade are Copic Markers and watercolor, but I also have experience with pastels, pencils and acrylics. I also do digital art (Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint) and have experience dealing with 3ds Max, SketchUp, InDesign and Illustrator.

 

Fluent in Portuguese, almost fluent in English. I can read in French and understand basic conversation. Have basic understanding of Japanese as well.

 

My hobbies include drawing, painting, sculpture, playing videogames, reading, cooking and taking photos when I travel.
